EXPERTEYE WINS INNOVATION AWARD IN BUSINESS CAR TECHIES 2011
26-Aug-2011Experteye has won the Innovation Award in the Business Car Techies, further endorsing its Touchpoint system as one of the most exciting new online products in the fleet sector.
In their report Business Car stated “the quality and quantity of entry in the Innovation Award category was so high that it was the category that attracted the most entries”
The award was given to Experteye after it demonstrated how its Touchpoint system measures and reacts to driver feedback across various events including order delivery, servicing, tyre replacement, glass repair, breakdown, pool vehicles and accidents, with each triggering surveys via email, telephone or text. Alerts are automatically generated if issues are raised by the driver.
That gives contract hire or fleet management companies real-time web-based reports that can be used to make improvements, manage suppliers and provide customer reviews.
