A Year of Progress at Experteye

First and foremost, we’d like to wish you a very happy Christmas and New Year.

2011 has been a year of significant progress at Experteye, and as we head into 2012 we reflect back on 12 months that saw us win the Business Car Techies Award for ‘Best Fleet Sector Innovation’ , greater flexibility built into our Fleeteye CSI survey, and the launch of Touchpoint - which is spearheading the market in gathering driver feedback at all key events and already being used by several leasing companies including ALD Automotive, Hitachi Capital Vehicle Solutions and Alphabet.

“I put this down to the significant investment we’ve made in our research and benchmarking systems, improving the experience for fleet managers when offering feedback, enabling us to target drivers immediately after key events during the life of their vehicle, and making it far easier for our customers to interrogate, manipulate and use the data for business improvement.

“For our contract hire and fleet management clients, being able to pinpoint strengths and weaknesses, as well as trends, in the overall range of services provided to both fleet managers and drivers is invaluable to them, and our systems have become an important strategic tool to many companies.

“Having access to current research also revolutionises the scope for client review meetings, by enabling account managers to manage client relationships using greater volumes of very accurate data.

“It also enables leasing companies to manage suppliers from a far stronger knowledge base, with detailed ratings, scores and feedback about each of their external suppliers.

“Finally, the marketing teams are increasingly using it to look at the business proposition, identifying areas for competitive advantage and business advancement.”
